In the cellar minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification is the policy, allowing each cultivar to express its individual characteristics and that of the soils of their origin. The Pinot Grigiois a full-bodied, flavourful, fruit-driven wine. Well-rounded with fine fruit aromas and complex, dry lingering finish. Very food-friendly. Ideal with shellfish, fish dishes, chicken, summer salads, cold cuts and a wide variety of vegetarian dishes.
