The Black Parade Is Dead!
Artist(s): My Chemical Romance

“The Black Parade,” My Chemical Romance's follow-up to the band's 2004 platinum major-label debut “Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge,” was “way more dramatic, way more theatrical, completely over the top, borderline psychotic,” says Gerard Way. “It's the most pure, intense thing we've ever been involved in.” After years of touring, the band offers two incredible concerts on DVD as they move forward musically to ceremoniously end the era of “The Black Parade.”

The Black Parade Is Dead! contains an embarassing amount of quality MCR moments. Fans, don’t let this one slip by.

  Well worth the money!

I became a fan of MCR with the release of The Black Parade and was looking forward to the release of this album. Well, it was worth the wait - Gerard Way prances around like the late Freddie Mercury. He really is a showman and an entertainer. Frank Iero, Bob Bryar, Mikey Way and Ray Toro play their hearts out.The concert in Mexico City is a spectacular visual and musical experience. However,I prefer the smaller more intimate concert in New Jersey - the ease that the band interact with each other and the fans is rather special.
