How to browse in English / Afrikaans
This link helps you to change your browser settings from English to Afrikaans or
vice versa. Buttons can be found on all pages at the top right, above the toolbar.

Sign in
You will need to sign in, to access your kalahari.net profile and start shopping online, edit your details
or simply check your wishlists. Sign in
by entering your email address and password.
Forgotten your password?
Click here
and enter the email address associated with your profile under the "Forgot your password" section.
Click on the continue button and a reset password will be emailed to you shortly. Once you've
received your reset password, you may log in using your email address and the new password you
received. If you'd like to change your password to a personal one after logging in then
click here.
Request password reminder:
If you’ve reset your password, you will receive an email with these new password details. Please wait to receive this email,
before requesting multiple password reminders. Please note that if you request multiple password reminders, each email will

Change your password
If you would like to review or change your password, that is associated with your kalahari.net profile,
you will have to sign in using the email address and password associated with your current profile.
Click the change your password
link. Here, you will be able to change your secret password without having to contact us.
My profile
Your profile contains all your personal details including your email address, delivery
address, telephone number and password. You can edit all this information by clicking
"Update
my kalahari.net profile details"
If you have created a company profile, you may also edit this information. You can
also change your profile from a personal to a company profile and vice versa. Please
note that we require additional information for a company profile.
Do you need to register your company on kalahari.net?
Simply click on
Register as a new customer and select Company profile or simply click here. Fill out all the necessary details on the
company especially the required fields and sign up. You will then be able to browse
kalahari.net and make purchases.
Note:
- VAT: All prices quoted on kalahari.net include VAT. The subtotal for all your
purchases as displayed in your basket includes VAT. A breakdown of VAT and delivery
charges will appear on the checkout page. If you'd like to claim VAT for your
company print out the invoice from the my orders page. You will need Acrobat Adobe 8 or 9 installed on your computer, to view the invoice.
- VAT is not charged if goods bought by non-South African residents are delivered to an international address.
- You may now change your company profile to a personal profile. If you'd like to
change your profile click here.
- VAT is not applicable on gift vouchers, physical vouchers, external products and subscriptions.
My mini basket
My mini basket appears on the right of every shopping page on kalahari.net and provides a quick overview of your basket. By default only the first three items are displayed, to display all items click on "see all". In the mini basket you can change the quantity of an item, remove an item from your basket or move it to your wishlist. If you would like to see more information on any title in your mini basket, move your mouse pointer over the title and additional detail will be displayed.
My basket
Your basket contains all the products you have selected to buy.
Your basket can contain any combination of products available for purchase on kalahari.net.
If your basket contains items shipped by kalahari.net combined with items delivered by a third party (Jewellery, Watches, Sunglasses, Flowers or Hampers) or pre-order items then your order will be automatically split into separate parcels and you will need to enter a delivery address for each item. You can also choose to send items from the same order to different addresses. Note that a delivery charge is calculated for each parcel and not for the entire order.
If you need to add a new delivery address whilst in your basket, you will be redirected to your address book. Once you've added your new address and clicked on save, you will be redirected back to your basket page.
Note:
- Delivery time is calculated according to the parcel item with the longest delivery time. This simply means that each parcel in your order has its own delivery time and the entire order will only be complete when all parcels have been invoiced.
- You will need to place multiple orders for item quantities over 500. This simply means that you may place an order for 100 products with quantities of 5 for each product to total the basket limit of 500.

My ExpressPay details
ExpressPay is a secure environment where you can save your credit card details for
no-hassle no-fuss easy express payment. When you proceed to checkout, your details
will be waiting for you, check the details and click on 'Pay Now' to complete your
order. To add your credit card details to your kalahari.net profile click My ExpressPay details. It's fast, easy, secure and safe.
How does it work?
Decide which credit card's information you want to save. Click on "Add New Card" and fill in your details:
- Descriptive name
- Credit card type
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Your name, as on card
- CVV security number
All the abovementioned fields are compulsory to fill in, except for your CVV number
field. You can leave it blank, but when you proceed to checkout, you’ll just have to
remember to fill it in, before clicking on "Pay Now".
What if I use more than one credit card?
You can save the information of as many credit cards as you like. Just add a descriptive name that
will help you to distinguish between them (e.g. Jack’s credit card, Jill’s spending card). All the
different credit cards you saved here will be displayed in the dropdown box next to the "Pay via credit
card" option on your express checkout page. The details of the credit card you chose, as your default,
will already be filled in. If you don't want to pay with your default credit card, simply choose one of your
other saved cards from the credit card dropdown box.
What if I don't want my details stored anymore?
You can remove any of your saved credit card details whenever you want. Simply click on the descriptive
name of the credit card you want to remove and click on "delete". Your details will immediately be deleted
from your express pay page, as well as our secure database.
Will my details be safe?
We want you to enjoy a safe and secure shopping experience and are therefore committed to protecting all
your transactions and information. We have therefore taken every precaution to ensure that your details are
safe. Your details will be encrypted and stored on a separate database (it is not stored anywhere else) that
will not be accessible to any other parties. We will also only show you the last four digits of your credit
card number - the rest of the numbers will be encrypted and if you need to change it, you will have to retype
the whole number (you won’t be able to copy and paste). Your CVV number will also be encrypted and replaced
with asterisks (*).
View orders / My orders
You can view the details of any parcels you have placed by clicking on my orders.
Every order is referenced by an order number and every parcel within your order
(if multiple parcels have been dispatched) has its own parcel reference.
To view uncompleted orders, click on "Show uncompleted". Alternatively you can search
for an order using the order number, parcel number or by selecting a date range.
Once you have clicked through on an order, you will see all your parcels as well
as all the information pertaining to each one, e.g. discounts, vouchers, credit
applied.
You will also have access to information pertaining to whether you've earned loyalty
or partner discounts and whether a voucher was used on a particular parcel. If parcels
have already been dispatched, you can confirm the date of delivery, or view an estimated
date of arrival.
If you would like to make changes to orders that have not entered the delivery process,
please consult the do-it-yourself help information below.
Please note: If you have made any changes to orders that have not entered the delivery
process, these changes may affect the estimated delivery date for your order.
Apply for credit or voucher
If you have credit available, it will display on your account. Click on ‘Redeem it'
to apply this credit to your basket. Once you've applied credit to your basket,
you will also have the functionality to undo the credit applied. To ensure that
your credit has been applied to the correct parcel, you may check the order summary
at the bottom of your basket page. If you have multiple parcels, please note that
credit will be applied to the parcels starting with the shortest delivery time.
E.g. electronic delivery e-vouchers and PO Box Renewals, then 24hr delivery parcels
and then parcels with 3 day delivery times, etc

on your profile
Shipping available items
Simply go to
my orders and click on the order number. Products displaying an items received
status can be shipped now by clicking on the ship available items now link,
this will send all products in this status into a separate parcel with a delivery
note. Products remaining in this order will be delivered when available and you
will only be invoiced once the entire order is complete.
Note: You will need to pay additional delivery costs should either of your parcels
drop below R375. If this occurs, a link will display the following: ship available
items now - will incur additional delivery cost. Once you click on this
link, you will then be taken to the contact us page where a prioritized email will
be sent to customer service. One of our contact centre agents will contact you to
arrange for a credit card payment for this additional delivery amount. Unfortunately
we can only accept credit card payments.
Forgot to make a gift order
If you've forgotten to make a gift order and your order status allows for it, simply
go to
my orders and click on the order number. Check the tick box and fill in
the fields required. Your gifting information will then be displayed. Here you can
fill in the recipient's email address, write a special message and even choose an
alias for yourself if you wish to stay anonymous. We will wrap your parcel in our
special gift-wrapping paper and deliver it to the lucky recipient.
Edit gift information
Your gift information can be edited if the fields display in an editable format.
Simply update the details and click on save, to capture the new gift details. If
you've forgotten to include a message or need to edit the recipients email address
then you may do so on the my orders page.
Note: Gift information for flower and hamper orders cannot be edited. Should you
wish to edit flower or hamper gift or delivery information kindly contact our contact
centre on +27 (0)11 287 8207 or email us between the following hours: Weekdays 7:00 - 18:00
& Saturdays 9:00 - 12:00.
Edit delivery information
Simply go to
my orders and click on the order number. Select from the drop down of saved
delivery addresses or edit the existing address. You may add a new address but note
that this address cannot be saved to your address book. If you would like to add
it to your address book you can do so by going to your address book and simply add
the new address. At this stage, you may also change the delivery method from PO
Box to a street address and vice versa. You can also edit your international delivery
address to same country for international delivery.
In the following instances your address will not be editable, kindly contact customer
support on +27 (0)21 468 9200 or email us if you:
- incur a delivery cost or if you would like to collect your order and therefore do
not pay delivery.
- need to change your international delivery address to another country.
- need to change delivery to kalahari.net book project.

& Saturdays 9:00 - 12:00.
Cancel product or order
Simply go to
my orders and click on the order number that you would like to cancel. At
this stage you may cancel the entire order by clicking on cancel or cancel specific
products from the order. You cannot part cancel multiple quantities of an item,
kindly contact our customer support centre on +27 (0)21 468 9200 to do this. Cancelling
the item will cancel the entire order and the order will need to be replaced completely.
You may only cancel orders if the status is: verifying payment, awaiting payment,
new order or being processed. Products can be cancelled if the product status is:
new order, ordered from supplier, or item(s) received.

our customer support centre on +27 (0)11 287 8207 or email us between the following hours: Weekdays 7:00 - 18:00
& Saturdays 9:00 - 12:00.
When you cancel a product or order you will be reimbursed according to your method
of payment:
- Credit card - When using a credit card, the amount of your order is merely reserved
for kalahari.net. The amount due is deducted once your parcel is dispatched (no
sooner). If part of your order is cancelled, the amount payable will be adjusted
accordingly. If the entire order is cancelled, the amount reserved will fall away
i.e. you will not pay anything.
- Budget payments - Note that if you paid using your budget facility and the value
of your order has now dropped below R300 as a result of this cancellation, then
the outstanding amount will be charged to your credit card as a ‘straight' transaction
and not a budget one.
- Bank deposit & Standard Bank AutoPay - If you have used one of these payment
options and we cannot fulfill part/full order, a credit will automatically be issued
on your kalahari.net profile when we cancel an item on the order. If you would prefer
a refund, please reply to this email with your bank account details and our customer
support team will arrange the rest.
- eBucks - If you've paid using eBucks and have cancelled an item(s) within that order,
your eBucks used for the item(s) will only be refunded, once the entire delivery
has happened and your order has been invoiced.
You will need to pay additional delivery costs should your order drop below R375.
If this occurs, a link will display the following: cancel this item - will incur
a delivery charge. Once you click on this link, you will then be taken to the contact
us page where a prioritized email will be sent to customer service. One of our contact
centre agents will contact you to arrange for a credit card payment for this additional
delivery amount. Unfortunately we can only accept credit card payments.
Request for refund of credit on your profile
Should you wish to request for a refund of credit on your profile, click here to complete the form. Once you've completed the
form, click on submit, it will be emailed to our administration department and will
take approximately 3 working days to process. You may request to receive an emailed
copy of this form. If you require further assistance kindly contact our customer

Note: If your bank account name differs to the one you have saved on your kalahari.net
profile, you will be required to tick the box to confirm that payment will be made
to a third party.
Track packages
kalahari.net offers you two methods of delivery: post office or door-to-door delivery.
If you have chosen post office delivery you will receive a tracking number, starting
with TA. Please visit www.speedservices.co.za
to track your order or simply call them on 0860 023 133. For door-to door delivery
you can visit www.bercoexpress.co.za
to track your parcel. Simply click on the word - Track & Trace on the left of the
web page, enter the OTD / tracking /waybill number and click on submit. All the
delivery details will be displayed shortly thereafter.
Alternatively, go to my orders on the top right of the kalahari.net website,
click on the relevant order number and the information will be displayed shortly.
View wishlists
Your wishlist serves as a reminder of the products you are interested in, just like
a shopping list. You may create multiple wishlists for various occasions like your
birthday, Christmas or your wedding. These wishlists can be made public or private.
Public wishlists can be emailed and private wishlists are personal and for your
own use. Friends and family can search for your public wishlists and a message will
display below the product if they have bought a product from your most wished for
gifts. You may also edit the details of your wishlist once you've created them.

My vouchers / link a voucher to my profile
If you've received a voucher and not sure where to find them, don't worry! The
My Vouchers
screen displays all vouchers linked to your profile with their voucher numbers and expiry dates.
If you've received a voucher and need to link it to your profile, click here.
You may use more than one voucher on an order which can only be done whilst you
are in checkout. These vouchers must be of the same voucher type and will be merged
to form one voucher, ie. A gift voucher may be merged with a gift voucher on one
order. Only one promotional voucher can be used on an order. Once the voucher has
been merged, a new voucher will be created.
Note: If you've forgotten to redeem your voucher whilst in checkout, you may go
to the my orders page and redeem one valid voucher to your parcel. If your order
has more than one parcel, you must apply one voucher per parcel if all other voucher
conditions are met.
You may also redeem your Wildcard points for a voucher.
Below is a list of the types of vouchers you may use on kalahari.net:
- Promotional vouchers. (Note: Only one promotional voucher can be used on an order.)
- Gift vouchers
- Partnership spend vouchers
- e-Vouchers
Click on my vouchers to view all your vouchers that are linked to your profile.
Note:
- If you've redeemed your Wildcard CashBack, this voucher will display as a Partnership
Spend Voucher on your My Vouchers page. Also note that cancelled Wildcard orders
will be re-issued as vouchers.
- Only one promotional voucher can be used on an order.
My address book
Any address that you would like kalahari.net to deliver to must be saved in your address book.
You can add as many delivery addresses as you like. When you are in checkout, these addresses
will be available to select in a drop down menu. If you are in checkout and wish to add a new
address, you will be redirected to your address book page where you must complete the required
details and click on save. You will then be redirected back to the checkout process. To edit,
add or delete addresses click on my address book
and save the new changes. Please ensure that you select your default delivery address as well
as your default billing address.

so you can now easily be reminded via email, 2 weeks before you make those birthday
purchases on kalahari.net. You will also receive a reminder 2 days before the actual

My newsletters
My newsletters allow you to subscribe to kalahari.net's newsletters detailing fantastic
promotions and offers for the various shops. You can simply select your favourite
topics or product categories like music, DVDs or games and we will email you the
latest promotions on offer. To subscribe now, click on my newsletters.
My personal recommendations
Your personal recommendations allow you to enjoy a more personal browsing experience
on kalahari.net. You can select your favourite shops, products and more when shopping
online. If you would like to improve your personal recommendations, click here.
Currency converter
If you're an international customer, simply use the currency converter which will
help you convert your local currency to South African Rands (ZAR) if you're purchasing
a product on kalahari.net. Click on currency converter if you need to make a conversion.
South African delivery costs, times & methods
To see the expected delivery time for each product, click on the product, alternatively
you can view the products in my basket. Note that the total delivery time of your parcel
is determined by the basket item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery Cost (Standard rate)
It's free, if your order total is more than R375! Free delivery is calculated on
the total basket value after promotional vouchers, magazine subscriptions, bill
payments and special discounts have been deducted. You will be charged R29.00 if
your order total is less than R375.
Exceptions
Heavy items (+ 10kg) - A minimum of R65, automatically calculated according to weight
when you proceed to checkout.
Delivery Times
Products at kalahari.net can be delivered in the following times:
24 hours - We offer a next-day delivery service on selected items (Total order weight
<3KG) only for main centres in South Africa. If all the items in the basket are
24-hour delivery products and the order is placed before 12h00 Monday - Friday,
you will receive it the following working day. This service is only available in
main centres, which include any destination within a 50km radius of the following
cities - Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth,
East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg and Nelspruit. Delivery outside main centres
is usually within 3 working days. We recommend that you place separate orders for
24-hour items and those with longer delivery times if you'd like to receive an item
in its advertised time. The order item with the longest delivery time determines
your parcel's delivery time.

Door-to-door (8am-5pm, Monday - Friday) – Parcels delivered by courier between 8am
and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Submit a street address and select door-to-door as your
delivery method when you reach checkout.
Post Office (Speed services counter) - Parcels can be collected from the Speed Services
counter of the Post Office.

Delivery Methods & Restrictions
All international deliveries are subject to the import and custom laws of that country
and kalahari.net cannot be held responsible if a parcel or item is detained or confiscated
due to these laws. In African countries, delivery is only made to the post office
only. International deliveries (incl United Kingdom; excl Africa) are delivered
via Airmail.

We accept Amex, Diners, Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card details (name on card,
number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will
be requested on the ExpressPay page. kalahari.net guarantees safe credit card transactions.
If you enjoy no-hassles, no fuss online shopping, you can save your credit card
details on the My ExpressPay details page. As soon as you click on Express
Checkout, your credit card details will be waiting for you and you can simply click
on Pay now to complete your order.
Please note: If you have requested your bank to send you credit card activity notifications
via your cellphone, you may further ensure that your order is placed by viewing
your order status in, 'My Orders'.
Note: You cannot use your debit card to pay on kalahari.net. If your credit card
authorisation fails this simply means that you have insufficient funds available
or the card has expired. Kindly email us or phone customer support on +27 (0)21 468 9200
for assistance.
Budget Account
You can use your credit card budget facility for any parcel over R300. Simply select the payment period (3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months) when entering your credit card details during checkout. Please note that when using your budget facility, if the value of any of your parcels is less than R300 then you will not qualify for budget payment. In the instance that the value of one parcel is R350 and the other parcel is less than R300, the parcel valued at R350 will go through on budget transaction and the other parcel on straight transaction. Also, if any of your parcels drops below R300 for ANY reason, then the outstanding amount will be charged to your credit card as a 'straight' transaction and not a budget one.
Bank Deposits or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Paying by bank deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT) is easy. Go ahead and
place your items in your basket and when you reach the point where you must pay,
simply select the "Pay by Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)" option.
The following details are printed here for your convenience; they will also appear
on your Bank Deposit pages, as well as a personal confirmation e-mail will be sent
to you.

Tips:
You have to quote your order number and surname as reference to ensure we know who
the money is from - this way we can allocate the payment to your order
You'll have to pay within 5 working days to avoid your order from being cancelled.
We'll start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment.
Delivery dates: If the product's delivery time is 5 working days, we count this
from when we receive your payment. Note that the total delivery time of your parcel
is determined by the basket item with the longest delivery time.
If you have paid via bank deposit it can take between 2-5 working days before the
money reflects on our system. Orders placed for delivery within 24hrs will therefore
not be processed as a result of this delay.
If you’d like to place an order for a product that’s on pre-order using eBucks as a
payment method, you may do so by purchasing e-vouchers first. Alternatively, you may
add this product to your wishlist and will only be notified once the product is available
to pay using eBucks.
Standard Bank Autopay
kalahari.net gives you the option of a Standard Bank Autopay transaction where you
will be directed to the Standard Bank website. We will then send you an order number
and confirmation or a notification that your payment transaction was not successfully

eBucks
As an eBucks member you have already been subscribed to the eBucks Internet Payment solution,
at no cost. Once you have completed shopping on kalahari.net and clicked on eBucks as your payment
method you will then be taken to the eBucks environment, where you can complete your payment
process. To complete your payment process, you will need to include your RSA ID Number in the
relevant field. Don't forget to click on Finish, when you're complete, an order confirmation
and number will be sent to you shortly.
eBucks step-by-step:
Once you have chosen the
eBucks payment option and clicked on
"PAY",
you can click on the
eBucks logo (as seen below).
You will then be taken to the eBucks environment (please note that eBucks terms
and conditions now apply), where you can complete your payment process.
Simply follow 4 user-friendly steps:
Step 1: First time spending your eBucks online? If yes, please ensure that you have
your RSA ID number or eBucks card number and a 4-digit PIN handy as you will need to include
these numbers into the required fields for this new functionality. If you do not have a PIN,
simply visit the
eBucks website and enter your RSA ID number after clicking on the login button.
Then click on the ‘send me a PIN’ button and one will be SMS’d to the cellphone number eBucks has
on record for you.
Step 2: If you have your login details handy, simply enter your RSA ID number or eBucks
card number and 4-digit PIN.
Step 3: Select the account you want to debit and click on PAY.
Step 4: Make sure the details on your eBucks payment confirmation are correct
and click on FINISH.

mimoney is a non-refundable voucher which can be used as a method of payment on any

How can I use mimoney on kalahari.net?
You may use mimoney to pay when you've completed shopping and reached the checkout
page. Simply scroll down until you've reached the "mimoney" payment option, fill in
the "micode" number (18 digit voucher number) or multiple micodes as well as your
cellphone number. When filling in your cell number, kindly include the international
dialing code(+27). Click on pay now and the transaction will be sent to the mimoney
system where it is authorised if there is sufficient funds and if the micode/voucher
number is valid. Please note that if you have a refund or cancelled order, you will be
given this as credit which will show against your kalahari.net profile to use at a
later stage.

Where can I buy a mimoney electronic voucher?
There are five ways of doing this:
You can buy mimoney by making an electronic account transfer (EFT) to mimoney.
This can be done in the following way:
1) Access Internet/cellphone or telephone banking. Follow the normal setup of a beneficiary payment.
The details to be used are as follows:
- For Standard Bank users: access the "customer directory index" and mimoney will be listed as a beneficiary for you.
- Enter the value of the voucher you want to send.
- The Beneficiary reference is the mobile number of the recipient for the transfer.
- Print a proof of statement.
- For all other bank users: log onto your online account and follow the standard procedure of setting up a new beneficiary with the following information:
- Bank: Standard Bank - Johannesburg Branch
- Branch code: 000205 (There is no need for the branch code if you are paying from Standard Bank or ABSA.)
- Account Name: mimoney EFT Account
- Account Number: 009738258
2) Bank channel: go to any SA bank and ask the teller to set up a new beneficiary on your account
following the same procedure as that of internet bankers. Print your proof of payment!
3) AutoPay users can purchase mimoney directly from the mimoney website!
4) Purchase mimoney at a self-service terminal at selected mimoney outlets. E.g. Ster Kinekor has
kiosks set up within cinemas where you can purchase mimoney with debit cards. This is the quickest way
to purchase mimoney. Alike kiosks at other mimoney outlets will operate similarly.
5) Buy mimoney at selected mimoney till points with either cash or debit card. Such till points are
set-up at Ster Kinekor cinemas and are assisted by sales agents on duty.
Can you use your mimoney immediately?
- A voucher purchased through an EFT payment:
Once the money has been received by mimoney (which may take up to two days depending on which bank the
purchaser is with) the voucher will be activated.
A SMS is sent to the cell number nominated by the buyer, which contains the voucher number (micode) issued.
- A voucher purchased at a participating sales agent: The sales agent will provide you with a voucher slip as proof of your mimoney purchase.
A SMS will be delivered to the recipient’s cellphone with a unique micode (18 digit number) which can then be used to shop at kalahari.net.
Note: This option is effective from 27 December 2008.

Edu-Xtras
When you receive your bursary from your sponsor, you will be eligible for an Edu-Xtras
card from Eduloan and with this card you can purchase textbooks online. This great
card adds convenience to the management of your bursary funds.
How top pay using Edu-Xtras:
At the checkout page carry out the following function on your mobile phone:
- Dial *120*939*001# to get to the service.
- Enter your tracer (i.e. your account number)
- Enter your PIN
- When prompted Enter the rand only amount of the order total
- When prompted Enter the Cents amount of the order total

All prices quoted on kalahari.net include VAT. This rate is charged at 14% on all
goods bought by South African residents. VAT is not charged if goods bought by
non-South African residents are delivered to an international address. The subtotal

to browse the site, subscribe to newsletters and add items to your basket or wishlist
but not to checkout immediately then you can complete our quick registration process
by simply entering your name, email address and password.

about you so you will need to tick the box to complete the registration process.
We'll need a contact number, delivery address and billing address in order to complete
the full registration process.
If you choose the quick registration option you can complete these details at any
time by clicking on "My profile" and then on "Update my kalahari.net profile details". You will also
be prompted to complete your profile during the checkout process. You can also update
any of your details at any time simply by clicking on "My profile"

Step 4:
Found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to basket. Check all product details
on the product page like the colour, quantity and size of the product as well as
the delivery times. Once you're certain of the product, add it to your basket. You
can add as many products as you'd like because your basket stores all the products

Step 5:
- 1. My basket To enter the checkout, click on the "To checkout" button.
Wow! You're almost complete with the shopping process. Now that you've chosen all

When you're happy with your product selection, select a delivery address for your
parcel. If you'd like to add a new address, click on the "Add new address" button
and you will be redirected to your address book page where you must fill in the
details. Once you've completed adding your new address, click on apply and you will
be redirected back to your basket. On your basket page, you may now select the new
address from the drop down to include the delivery address of your parcel. Click
on ‘proceed' if you are ready to complete the payment process.
If your basket includes items on pre-order or items delivered by a third party (watches,
jewellery, sunglasses, flowers or hampers), or you have chosen to send item to more
than one address then you will need to choose an address for each item in your basket.
Click on "Proceed" to continue.
- 2. Vouchers & Loyalty If you would like to redeem a voucher or available

Congratulations, you've successfully completed shopping online. Your order number

Please note that your delivery time is calculated according to the parcel item with
the longest delivery time. This simply means that each parcel in your order has
its own delivery time and the entire order will only be complete when all parcels
have been invoiced.

kalahari.net offers you two methods of delivery: Post Office or door-to-door delivery.
If you have chosen post office delivery you will receive a tracking number. Please

to track your package. Simply input the tracking number and all the details of your

If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged,
we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange

Note that once opened, the following types of goods will not be accepted for a refund
and will only be replaced with another copy of the same product: CDs, Videos, DVDs,

Jewellery & Accessories: should you need to return a jewellery item contact customer

Flowers: If you or the recipients are not 100% satisfied with the flowers or gifts

If you selected bank deposit as a payment option, and wish to return the product,
full bank deposit details must be provided. If the name of account holder, bank,
branch name, and branch code and account number are not provided, the money will
be allocated on your profile for future use.
If you selected credit card as a payment option please inform us, if the refund
amount is to be paid back to your credit card, alternatively the amount will be
credited to your profile.

To start ordering on kalahari.net you need to register with kalahari.net. If you
haven't registered
click here to start now. Once you've registered and signed in, you can add
products to your basket by browsing the site, shops, or search for a specific product
and simply checkout by choosing one of the four easy payment options.
Tips:
Take note of the delivery time as the order item with the longest delivery time
determines your parcel's delivery time.
Check that you have the correct delivery address.

2. Pre-ordering
If you'd like to purchase a product that's on pre-order simply click on the pre-order
now button and the product will then be added to your basket. You can add pre-order
products to your basket together with any other products available on kalahari.net
however your payment options will be limited to credit card and a separate parcel
will be created for your pre-order item.
Once you've added the product to your basket, proceed to checkout and click on pay
via credit card.
Note: All products on pre-order can only be paid via credit card.
Tip: To make things easier, we suggest you create a my pre-order wishlist which
will help you distinguish between your pre-orders and other products. Once you've
created a pre-order wishlist and added products to it we will notify you when the
product becomes available to purchase.
3. Viewing & changing orders
You can view the details of any orders you have placed by clicking on my orders. If orders have already been dispatched, you can
confirm the date of delivery, or view an estimated date of arrival. At this stage
if you need to make changes to the quantity, delivery address or contact number
of the order that has not entered the delivery process, please consult our self-service
help by
clicking here.
Tip: If you have made any changes to orders that have not entered the delivery process,
these changes may affect the estimated delivery date for your order.
Note: You may also retrieve your invoice by clicking on the my orders page. To view your invoice, you must have Adobe 8 or 9 installed on your computer. Companies can print a duplicate copy to claim VAT.
4. Checking your order status
There are various statuses that apply to your entire order during the delivery process.
These statuses are listed below which are distinguished between an entire order
status and per product statuses:
Entire order status:
Verifying payment – this applies to eBucks members which simply means that your
order is on hold as we are awaiting confirmation of payment from eBucks which should
take about 15 minutes.
Pending cancellation – if we are awaiting payment confirmation from eBucks your
order will be placed on hold and pending cancellation which may take longer than
15 minutes to process.
Awaiting payment – your order has been placed on hold as we are awaiting confirmation
of payment. If you have paid via bank deposit it can take between 2-5 working days
before the money reflects on our system. Orders placed for delivery within 24hrs
will therefore not be processed as a result of this delay.
New order – this simply means that we have received your payment.
Being processed – we have placed your order with our suppliers. Kindly check the
status per product.
Cancelled – your order has been cancelled and an email will be sent to the email
address associated with your kalahari.net profile.
Ready to pack – all items are in the kalahari.net warehouse and ready to be packed.
Dispatched – your order has been collected and is on its way to you.
Per product status:
Ordered from supplier – we have placed your order with our suppliers and will receive
confirmation shortly.
New order – this simply means that we have received your payment.
On pre-order – this product has not become available as yet. Kindly check the product
page for the expected date or contact us.
Cancelled – this product has been cancelled from your order and an email was sent
to the email address associated with your kalahari.net profile.
Item(s) Received – item has been received from the supplier.
Ready to pack – all items are in the kalahari.net warehouse and ready to be packed.

When and how will I get paid?
