Ideal for: Individuals with a vitamin A deficiency. e.g. where night blindness exists.DESCRIPTION: A therapeutic dose of Vitamin A. A high potency registered supplement, which is given when there is a Vitamin A deficiency. May be of value in persons that have night blindness and skin problems.
Nutrient information: Vitamin A helps cells replicate normally—a process called differentiation. Vitamin A, by maintaining healthy cell membranes, helps prevent invasion by disease-causing microorganisms. Vitamin A also stimulates immunity and is needed for formation of bone, protein, growth hormone, healthy skin, sight and mucous membranes.
Directions:One tablet to be taken daily with a meal or as directed by a health care professional.
Caution:Do not exceed the recommended dosage as Vitamin A is stored in the liver and may build up to toxic amounts if excess of requirements are taken over a long period. Not to be taken during pregnancy or by persons wishing to fall pregnant. Keep out of reach of children.
