Composition: Each capsule contains Eleutherococcus senticosus powder 400mg
Indications: Herbal medicine which assists in boosting vitality, in supporting normal sleeping patterns, supporting the function of the heart, promoting the function of the male reproductive systems, the treatment of bronchitis and chronic lung ailments, and assists in the overcoming of physical stress from sport, over exertion or environmental stress.
Contra-indications: Do not use with hypoglycaemia or heart disorders.
Warnings: Should symptoms of stress not improve within 3 weeks, please consult your practitioner. In order to eliminate a build up of tolerance do use continuously for more 6 days without abstaining for 1 day.
Dosage and directions for use: Take one to two capsules twice daily or as prescribed.

Known symptoms of overdosage and particulars of its treatment: May cause mild transient diarrhoea and insomnia in some people if taken too close to bedtime.
