Benefits: Provides a gradual release of Vitamin C over a four to eight hour period. Vitamin C functions as a tissue antioxidant keeping cells healthy. Vitamin C is also important in maintaining healthy gums, skin and connective tissue and helps with the absorption of iron from food.
Directions for use: One tablet to be taken with meals
