Vitamin E is a naturally occurring tissue antioxidant which helps maintain healthy cells. Vitamin E protects Vitamin A and unsaturated Fatty Acids against oxidation in the body. Ginseng is a traditional tonic. The root of the ginseng plant, usually Panax ginseng, is the active and commonly used part. It comes to us mainly from Asian cultures, where it is used extensively as a tonic, stimulant, and rejuvenator, especially for men. The most common use of ginseng is to increase energy. Also commonly used as a tonic and herb for longevity. It seems to contribute to general well-being and improved physical endurance. It is a stimulant but not an excitant like caffeine.
