THE HANDBOOK THAT ACCOMPANIES THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT ILLUSTRATE CLEARLY THE STEPS TO INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLATION CD CAUSES A PROBLEM AS A RESULT THAT IT HAS VISTA ON IT AS WELL AS WINDOWS X P WHEN INSTALLING IT SAYS THAT THIS INSTALLING IS RUNNING IN SAFE MODE. I HAD TO UPDATE MY COMPUTOR JUST TO BE ABLE TO INSTALL. THIS IMPLECATION COST ME ANOTHER R300 RAND. INDICATE ON THE WRAPPING WAT THE SPEC'S ARE AND GIVE BETER TRAINING TO SALES PERSON'S.
