First use of Kalahari needed more than 2 days delivery.
The package requires loading the application for iTunes. I use Windows. Please use the web site's assistance as things like antivirus programes, previous loaded iTune's can frustrate the startup. But once the application is running nothing could be simpler. I use my Nano strictly for music and it delivers eveything offered.
