The Rocky Horror Picture Show is an erotic nightmare beyond any measure. Relive Richard OBriens sinfully twisted salute to horror, sci-fi, B-movies and rock music starring Tim Curry (in his classic gender-bending performance), Barry Bostwick and Oscar winner Susan Sarandon. Do the "Time Warp" and sing "Hot Patootie" with Meatloaf again...and again...and again...at home, or in a cinema

Erotic Nightmares to Treasure Forever!Reviewed by Unconventional Conventionalist from Tulbagh on 05 February 2006 142 of 284 people found the following review helpful: The low budget movie that made it big-time, and then some! 30 Years later and its still a hit with old and young.
This is the story of Brad and Janet, two ordinary youngsters who set out to visit Dr Scott, ex-tutor and now friend to both of them. On that dark and stormy night, they have a flat wheel and walk to an eery mansion where moments before a group of bikers pulled up to.
"You're wet" says Riff-Raff, reluctantly inviting them in for the night of their lives. A night they would remember for a very, very long time.
This is not just a movie, its an institution. Call it cult classic, call it sinfull and delicious, call it outrageous and scandalous, but everyone who has not seen it will never know how to "Do the Time Warp Again!"
Buy it, steal it, rent it, but you have to watch it. Was this review helpful?
It remains contagiousReviewed by Jo from Eastern Cape on 01 October 2009 3 of 7 people found the following review helpful: If you only watch this movie, yes a real cult classic, for the contagious music, it's worth it. Much has been said about it, negative and positive, but it will always be there, loosen your chains and live the music, it's wonderful timeless. Was this review helpful?
