RatatouilleReviewed by Nick Plowman from Johannesburg on 23 March 2008 370 of 814 people found the following review helpful:
Besides its sparkling screenplay and spot on comedy, the animation is astounding too. Never before, have I seen such a detailed and vividly animated film. Every single frame is a wonder to behold. Every character looks unique and the effort taken to ensure that everything looks authentic without becoming bland is very clear. The City of Lights is a beautiful place, but it has never shone as bright as it has now, in Ratatouille.

What a meal!Reviewed by Mr Dirk Visser from Maputo, Mozambique on 04 February 2008 394 of 873 people found the following review helpful: Disney and Pixar has really cooked up something special with this animated movie. They have captured something of the French culture and love for food and wine in an unusual way and definately give the viewer food for thought. "Anyone can cook" cuts through the critics' ranks even in the real world and gives the common chef in our mids a vast space of imaginable possibilities. After watching this movie, who doesn't want to cook?! Bon Appetite! Was this review helpful?
