Excellent workout DVD filmed on a beach in Australia. The 'Oz' team, plus a professional belly dancer, demonstrate how to keep fit and trim
using belly dance movements. Extras on this DVD include a clip of the actual filming, a cookery section and short personal history of each
member of the team. Over 90 minutes in all. Great value !
