I felt cheated having bought this dvd. The content is not suited for a beginner at all; even having some experience in yoga will not help you to follow the exercises properly. It goes very fast from one movement to the other and nothing is properly explained, the hostess just goes ahead and does the exercises one after the other. The dvd is called ?Better Sex Through Yoga? so I knew what I?m getting into, the hostess does not need to sell the product to me I?ve already bought it, so the ranting and raving ?sales talk? totally put me off. The ?physical? quality of the dvd is also very bad, especially the sound! At some points you can hardly hear anything that is being said and when you can hear, it sounds like it was recorded in someone?s living room! The low budget porn movie music and feel to the whole dvd was very off putting, I bought the dvd to be educated and enlightened, I?m not some teenager that felt a bit naughty buying it and now want to perve on the hostess?s bottom and boobs (which the camera paid more attention to rather than focusing on how the moves should be done correctly). Please do not waste your money on this dvd!
