To me it seemed as if the author scribbled down a couple of thoughts in half a day with a catchy title for a quick buck. My most dissapointing purchase ever! "Baie baie flou!"

An enjoyable read, the book was includes a good dose of amusing pessimism and some great observations on the challenges of living in South Africa. Taking whinging one step further, legitimate complaints can be resolved and in so doing, improve service in SA. Check out www.getclosure.co.za.
