This workshop covers new developments for a number of the most advanced methods for acceleration of heavy ions, protons, electrons and positrons. Specific accelerator structures presented include plasmas, dielectrics, metals and vacuum along with the latest developments in power sources such as particle beams or electromagnetic radiation from visible to cm-wavelengths. The generation, manipulation and characterization of particle beams involving these sources and methods are also reported.
