Colleen Craig demonstrates and explains each exercise so well, that you can actually visualise yourself doing it - and doing it very well.
I loved the fact that each exercise also tells you how to breath, what to watch for and how it should feel if you are doing it correctly.
I highly recommed this book for anyone wanting superb abs and even for people with back problems. Was this review helpful?
